Tradies Get Online will only commence a project where an agreement has been provided by email, telephone or mail. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between Tradies Get Online and the client. This includes written and verbal agreements via telephone and email.
If you’re asking us to build you a website, and we will move forward as quickly as possible through each stage to get the project finalised. All monies paid to Tradies Get Online by The Client to the date of cancellation are non-refundable.
You must pay all invoices on time.
If you’re subscribed to an ongoing account – Email Hosting, Website Hosting, SEO, Adwords Campaigns, Content Marketing Campaigns – and wish to cancel, you must put this in writing.
If you wish to cancel an ongoing service at any time, you need to put this in writing.
Bugs or system errors
When a project has been delivered and approved, the client will have a thirty day grace period where Tradies Get Onlinewill address any reported system errors or bugs free of charge. After this grace period any required maintenance will be billed at my standard hourly rates.
Tradies Get Online reserves the right to re-use technical components developed during the project and will retain intellectual property rights on each development.
You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in the website are either owned by your good selves, or that you have permission to use them.
When we receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:
You own the text content, photographs and other data you provided, unless someone else owns them. We own the markup, CSS and other code and we license it to you for use on only this project.
We love to show off our work and share what we have learned with other people, so we reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in magazine articles and in books about web design.
Content – All website content must be supplied to Tradies Get Online for the website project by the client. Content can be provided by Tradies Get Online if required. This is billed at an agreed monthly/annual content maintenance contract.
Any client experiencing problems with a web service provided by Tradies Get Online should contact Tradies Get Online or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Clients should supply the URL of the problem and clearly outline the issue in question.
Tradies Get Online will contact the individual responsible for the material in question with a view to resolving the matter satisfactorily.
Terms & Conditions
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax). Tradies Get Online reserves the right to change prices without notice.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Amex. All ongoing services must be collected via credit card.
Our photography included in the Care Plans may only take place in the Sydney metro area. If you have a jobsite that is out of the local metro area, we can not capture photos.
Tradies Get Online do not offer refunds.
Payment details are captured online using 128 bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer technology, which encrypts all information to make it secure.
