Tradies Get Online is looking for a passionate Digital Account Manager to join our growing team.

We are a female lead agency that specialises in Lead Generation for trade and construction clients. Providing an end-to-end digital marketing system for Australian & New Zealand businesses.

You’ll be overseeing a roster of clients from builders, plumbers, electricians, landscapers…. maybe even candlestick makers.

You’ll be working closely with the digital marketing team to ensure happy clients and smooth delivery of scopes as well as be able to spot opportunities as they arise.

Dive right into the role with access to our weekly WIP doc which covers the information on every client, what product they’re on, where they’re at and what’s next.

The type of work you’ll be doing:

• Customer support via phone
• Helping educate clients
• Helping clients setup their automation systems
• Onboarding new customers
• Calling clients to congratulate them on their latest results

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working as an account manager in the digital marketing space
• Ideally have experience working within an agency or media company
• Be extroverted and able to quickly establish rapport with people
• Be able to think quickly on their feet
