To access the free ebook, visitors to the website were asked to provide their name and email address. This simple action triggered a nurture sequence, which is an essential part of building long-term relationships with potential customers.
Once a lead had downloaded the ebook, they were automatically entered into a 14-day nurture sequence. This sequence consisted of a series of carefully crafted emails designed to educate, inform, and encourage further interaction with Paul’s business.
Each email delivered additional value, such as electrical safety tips, service promotions, and reminders about the importance of professional electrical work. Over time, this helped to build trust and keep Paul’s business top of mind for potential customers, ultimately nudging them towards booking a service.

Total keywords
tracked by Google Search Console increased to 1.86K, up 919 keywords, indicating that Paul’s business was ranking for a broader range of terms.

Search clicks
increased to 264, up by 170 clicks, highlighting the success of the website’s SEO strategy in driving more traffic.
Increased Conversions and Customer Engagement
The redesigned website and improved search rankings resulted in a notable increase in conversions. More visitors started reaching out to Paul’s business through the site to inquire about services or book jobs directly.
