Senior Digital Account Manager

On offer is an exciting opportunity to head up our Account Management at TradiesGO. We are a market-leading, niche agency that only works with the trades and construction industries. Our clients are electricians, plumbers, mechanics, builders and maybe even the odd candlestick maker.

We are a female lead, young and fun agency that specialises in lead generation for trade and construction businesses. We provide an end-to-end digital marketing system for Australian & New Zealand businesses that achieves amazing results for over a decade – our clients love us!You’ll be working closely with our project management team to ensure our clients are stoked and their marketing strategies are being fulfilled.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide portfolio updates to Senior Management regularly to ensure KPIs and targets are on track.
  • Manage internal/external communication requirements and correspondence for any campaign 
  • Ownership of AD Reporting, Admin Day reporting and weekly contact requirement tracking by you and the wider department.
  • Ensure excellence in client service delivery for all clients.
  • Ensure quality management and communications for campaigns within the portfolio.
  • Proactively planning to grow and retain campaigns within your group portfolio.
  • Ensure retention targets of direct reports are achieved
  • Conflict resolution

Who we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years experience in Account Management/Senior Account Management, Client Services/Client Management in the digital marketing space.
  • A strong understanding of multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Deep Knowledge / Experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising and Web Builds 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks within set timeframes
  • Experience with strategy development and execution 
  • Agency experience 
  • Proven track record in conflict resolution, client retention and portfolio growth
  • Relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with all types of people
  • Ability to understand and overcome challenges with your clients
  • Solutions and outcomes focused
  • Excited about working in an always-changing and evolving industry
  • Can manage multiple projects and work with various teams in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude
